D: not sure, hubby is taking me out to dinner

I have a plan today.  NO REFINED SUGAR.  I've let far too much of it creep into my diet and I think it's affecting my weight loss.

B: 1/3 cup of greek yogurt
Right now: 1/2 cup ground turkey casserole
Lunch: If I am hungry.....Morning Star "chicken" wings
D: Something with boneless skinless chicken thighs. Maybe coated with panko crumbs. Not sure yet.

Feeling motivated and back on track!!!!!

D: Refried beans with lf sour cream and mozzerella

D: Try not to 'taste' too mu*****lass, then maybe ff refried beans w/ salsa when I get home.

I weighed in again this morning to see if everything evened out. Yah, I dont know what happened to those 6lbs cause they are STILL back. My scale must have been playing some Jedi mind trick or something. How rude!

Lunch - sandwich thin w/meat sauce and sprinkle of cheese... work is bringing in pizza so I brought in my own verision

Dinner: Maybe some fish tacos.. this is what I'm hoping for.. LOL

Snack: Fruit..

No gym tonight getting my hair done, but will workout over the weekend! TGIF

L: Hungry for mexican food.....so maybe some pinto beans, ff sour cream, 2% cheese & hot sauce!
D: Don't know yet....Friday Night is date night with friends...we always go out to eat, just don't know where yet!

Breakfast:  1 egg, 1 slice of cheese (omelet)

Lunch: 1/2 serving Yoplait  Greek 2x protein nonfat blueberry yogurt with fresh sliced strawberries and pineapple.

Dinner:  3 chicken teriyaki meatballs and fresh califlower and baby broccoli mix.

Lot's of coffee and vitamin water.

If a snack is needed, I plan on drinking a Premiere chocolate protein shake.
