What Are We Eating This Thursday?

Oh man do I miss my band!  I forgot how much I love to eat, and now that I can - it's soooooooooo hard!

B - Cheerios with 1/2 banana and almond milk
S - Fiber One Bar and a muscle milk light
L - Blackberries and 1/2 C cottage cheese
S - Almond Butter (straight from the jar) and a small tapioca pudding and some watermelon
D - Ricotta Cheese (again, straight from the tub - BAD!) Crackers + Hummus
S - Strawberries and watermelon

I have a 5 hour drive down to NJ for my best friend's baby shower...so I'm bringing the fruit to snack on and I promised myself NO drive-thru milk-shakes!

I went and lifted for about 30 minutes - light workout, probably shouldn't even count it!

B:  Nonfat yogurt  1 serving

L: Small green salad with tuna and 4 crackers

D:  4 slices of Roasted turkey lunch meat. (not very hungry??)

Possibly yogurt for a snack later if I get hungry from not eating too much at dinner.
