HERE ARE THE RULES: "B*TCHFest"  is provided as a public service to those of us who have gripes and grievances but whom, for whatever reason, lack a regular forum in which to air them. You are welcome to voice any problems - large or small, important, mundane or ridiculous -  that currently have your panties wadded, your shorts frosted and your gears ground. Don't hold them in and risk future medical issues, wrinkles and/or those pesky gray hairs.

ANY and ALL issues that are plaguing you are open for you to voice; there are no "sacred cows." They say that "feelings aren't facts", so if you're feeling it, it's legit to you. NO ONE is allowed to flame a poster for something he or she writes, however commiseration is not only welcomed but encouraged. Please, no personal attacks against other OH members (at least, not by name) and ABSOLUTELY NO SURGERY WARS!

- Finding out that a sex offender lives RIGHT NEXT DOOR (at least he's registered)

- Mandals without proper manscaping


- Actually, anyone who shows toes and doesn't practice proper pedicurial procedures

The not so important one: My DH forgot our 9-yr anniversary yesterday. Oh well...

The really important one:  Life is so not fair sometimes. My niece and her BF are waiting at the hospital while his 16-yr-old nephew is preped to be an organ donor. He was in a car accident a couple days ago that killed his friend, also 16. He was taken off life support last night. I feel so bad for his family.

But think of it this way: he will be living on in who-knows-how-many people. Not everyone gets that chance. And two HUGE thumbs up for his parents for their donation!!!

I'm a huge advocate: got the donor sticker on my license, I'm in the marrow donor registry. I figure when I'm gone, what do I need all that crap for? I'm gonna be cremated anyway so, before they do, sStrip mine me like the Black Hills of South Dakota, baby!

 My surgery approval was delayed because my BMI was 39.6, I had to gain 3 lbs before they would approve it. What a waste of time. But, on the bright side......it was easy to comply!
