It's Wednesday - Who's ready to B*TCH??

HERE ARE THE RULES: "B*TCHFest"  is provided as a public service to those of us who have gripes and grievances but whom, for whatever reason, lack a regular forum in which to air them. You are welcome to voice any problems - large or small, important, mundane or ridiculous -  that currently have your panties wadded, your shorts frosted and your gears ground. Don't hold them in and risk future medical issues, wrinkles and/or those pesky gray hairs.

ANY and ALL issues that are plaguing you are open for you to voice; there are no "sacred cows." They say that "feelings aren't facts", so if you're feeling it, it's legit to you. NO ONE is allowed to flame a poster for something he or she writes, however commiseration is not only welcomed but encouraged. Please, no personal attacks against other OH members (at least, not by name) and ABSOLUTELY NO SURGERY WARS!

 Today's gripes? I'll start with just one!

- the utter inability of the great minds of this nation to fix a goddamn hole in the ground

No ****!! I was just talking to my Husband about this. ******g idiots.

I think it's time to call in the Tambrands company . . .

If I don't have a ***** I always have a laugh.  Trouble is, there is always something aggravating.

1 I lost my id badge for work.  It's location escapes me and now I have to pay $15 for a new one.  Would have rather waited until I lost more weight.  Can't appear before new hires tomorrow without one.  (Giving the Domestic Violence lecture.)
2 Security was out in force, so no illegal parking in visitor parking and paying.  Sigh, the employee parking is a far piece for me at this point even if I can park in handicapped parking.  The space definately flies in the face of what it takes to qualify for handicapped parking. 
3 I have been teaching EKG interp. in the Kryptonite room for 5 business days.  (The "we can't find the mold" problem that everyone smells & ends up sick.)  It drains all.
4 My hip (severe arthritis) is slowly getting worse, but my knee (moderate arthritis) now hurts when driving.  I have a 45 minute commute each way.
5 My dog started tunneling out of the privacy fence so now I have to crate her in the house while at work.  Aggravating if an errand needs ran to or from work since ****er spaniels don't do well with long confinements.
6 I really need some more sleep, plus still have a lot of to-do's left over from Memorial Day weekend.


On a good note:  my small above ground pool is ready and if the Thunderstorms hold off, I am swimming after work before grading 15 EKG tests which people are stressing out about.

It's June in the South, and my upstairs AC unit quit working, so it's HOT in our bedrooms at night until we get it fixed.  Oh, and my parents are coming into town this weekend for a visit, so we HAVE to get it fixed!

I hope it doesn't cost a freakin' fortune to fix the AC. 

Oh, and can somebody PLUG THE HOLE ALREADY!!!!!  I like the Tampax idea.  Why not?  I think they've tried everything else!  LOL

LOL - let's get the men out of the picture. What do THEY know about plugging up leaky holes??

OHHH, I was laying awake last night hoping the *****ing would be open this morning.

I'll start with just one word...HUSBANDS

First...I say honey, while Im at my dr consult...its across the street from Oriole Park and they are playing the Yankees (his team). We could get the standing $10 tickets and you could watch the game and I'll come find you. To which he replies...I wouldnt do that to you. Arent you having surgery? Yep...IM having surgery at 6 pm on Tuesday, and I never mentioned it and I didnt take off and Im not prepared. DO YOU NOT LISTEN? I told you I have two consults next week to see who I like!

Second...I tell him I have 2 weeks of class left in this semester and Im so ready to get it overwith cause my classes are on Thurs, Fri and Sat. I'd like to have my weekends back. He says...Oh, then school is over? MCFLY??? I started in October...YEP, I got a degree in eight months part time. HELLOOOO? Its for a degree! I wont graduate until 2012...WHAT PLANET ARE YOU LIVING ON??

Third...You have been out of work for 3 months and we are behind on everythign. Im doing my best here. I dont care if you dont think you are worth 8 dollars an hour...8 dollars is better than NOTHING!!

I got stuck in the elevator today.  I was just being lazy and decided to take it up and not the stairs and the d#$%# thing gets stuck and I have to buzz the alarm to have someone open the door.  Was I embarrassed!  But I learned a good lesson ~ take the stairs anyway!

EVERYTHING in my life is so f*cked up right now I don't even know if I can b*tch
1. The school corp. decided NOT to pay us for Memorial Day this year.  We have to work the day before and after a holiday...well Tuesday wasn't a "scheduled" day for me but somehow I ended up working 8.5 hours.  What ****** me off is they didn't tell us until 2 weeks ago!

2. Someone broke into my home and stole my laptop.  I'm reduced to "play" on my son's 15" monitor, slower than sh*t, old laptop...it sucks!!!!

3. My daughter graduates on Sun. and I'm just not ready for it.  Where did the time go?

4. Cars...yesterday, my daughter was driving to town and her car breaks down.  So, my husband came to the rescue and brought her his car.  As she was driving that car...it quits run.  Same damn road only an hour apart.  Luckily, hers was an easy fix.  It just needed a new belt.  Not so sure about Steve's.

5.We are torn between going to Katelynn's all-star games or Florida.  WHY DID THOSE GAMES HAVE TO BE THE SAME WEEK AS OUR VACA????

6.  I want a new life.  I'm thinking I need to take over J Lo's :)

This is my first b*tch fest- and boy am I ready!!

Today I am so sick of answering the damn phone at work - I could scream!!! I think I am the only one working here today!!

Deadbeat dads!! I am so tired of dealing with my ex and the fact that I haven't seen any childsupport for over a year and the state can't seem to collect from either!! All I can say is karma is a b*tch and I can't wait until he get his!!

Man - I feel so much better!!
