this post is a great way to start off the morning, so thank you ladies.

The next band bashing post all you ladies just need to post the before and after pictures and leave the band haters gob smacked. LOL

My 1 year is just around the corner and I will need to get my photo's together.

I need to take some new pictures but I have been maintaining my weight for a few months so they wouldn't be much different. Here are my before/ after. I am down 78lbs from 236 to 158 (I am 5'3)
