I have lost 50lbs since my surgery. No preop diet. 2 fills one small unfill. I have never lost 50lbs in one attempt. I have gained and lost over the years well over 50. For the first time since I was a teenager I finally feel like I will succeed.

HIGH 5!! WTG Tina! I was just about to make a new post for my own SV but do you mind if I just tag along on yours? I can't believe it myself...I've lost exactly 50 lbs..with 50 lbs to go. I started in a tight 22/24 and now wearing a roomy 16!! I havent seen this size in way too long to remember. We are SUCCEEDING!!!!!

5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.

HW: 267lbs- size 22-24 LW:194lbs CW:198lbs Size 14-16

High 5 back to ya. Congrats to you! Today is the best day I have had in a long time. On the day of my surgery I was wearing a snug 26/28 (probably should have been in a 30) any hoo I am now in a very loose 22, but i am too cheep to go buy more clothes lol. Good luck to you on our journey.

Haha I'm too cheap too...That's why I love Goodwill Select. I dropped off a bag of clothes and then went inside to look for some 18's and found the 16's fit instead. i gott have SOMETHING that fits right on the days I want to "show off" *G*

Aww thanks Kristi. I'm good. I just thought it was awesome that two of us have lost the same amount. I've been getting those funny looks at work (I work mostly with men)..the kinda looks where they know SOMETHING is different about you. One lady I hadn't seen in a while said she..um loved my dress (though its one she'd seen before). The best kudos came from the cleaning lady. She flat out asked me what was my secret..so I told her, even though I felt I had to add that I had tried every diet before I got to the point of WLS. THAT she understood...even with the language barrier.

Yay, Tina! Doesn't it feel great? 50 lbs lost is when people really started to notice my weight loss, be prepared for lots of comments and congratulations! You deserve it.!

Thank you Yes it feels awesome. People have started at first i was uncomfortable with the compliments i am getting a little better now. The girls at work are the best last week i came in and my girl came up and said seriously get new uniforms these are hiding the new you. lol i bought 3 new scrubs that night and it felt great.
