I bought omega 3 vitamins today.The pills are HUGE.I would like to know if antone takes  these and how well did they go down.

Someone actually did a post in the last day or so about the fish oil capsules. I forgot to check back on that as far as the suggestions, but yes............those things are HUGE!

Per my Dr., if it is bigger than an m&m I don't swallow it whole.

Acutally I don't swallow any pills since my band......I get one of my meds in liquid, let another disolve on my tongue and use chewable vitamins.

I usually get the chewables,but they didn't have these in chewables.How am I going to be able to take these .

You can purchase this in a Liquid form. I wouldn't chance a pill that large. Good luck hope this helps.

I have already bought  the pills so I have to make them work,,I guess I;ll just have to break the capsules open and take it that way... I have 270 count bottle

 They say it's ok to break them open but to get the benefits from them you need to take the oil ASAP they lose something when exposed to long to the air.. Good luck..

How gross would it be to break the pill open in my mouth get the oil and just spit the capsel (sp?) out afterwards????

I would call your Dr and ask them for their advise. I personally can take most pills. I usually take them with a hot liquid and food in my stomach. But I know a lot of people who have problems so check with him first. Maybe you can squeeze the stuff into some f/f pudding or something. But like John said maybe that will take away some of the benefits. Good luck!

I did talk to the dietician and she said to break them open and take the liquid.I just wonder how gross it would be to just squirt them in my mouth????I really wish  I could take the pill.The only thing is its as big as a horse pill.
