Let me just add that i have not had 1 complication with my band. My slow loss was do to my bad food choices.

Well done!!! You look absolutely wonderful.

And ths is such an important story for people to read. When the weight comes off quickly, that is such a powerful motivator; but when it is slower, it must be so much harder.

You are a true inspiration! I hope all those feeling despair because their loss has not been as fast as they hoped read this!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I know I didn't gain this weight overnight and don't expect it to go away that fast either. Even 20lbs a year loss instead of gain would make me happy.
