Great to hear from you, Vicki! You look fantastic!! Yes, toxic relationships can definitely sink any ship trying to attain "normalcy". It's a struggle, as I know I am a co-dependent person, but some of the solid, healthy relationships that I have built the past few years help me to keep my head straight!!

Just about 4 years ago, I too got the band to lose weight. While I am happy I lost the weight, I am more happy I GAINED YOUR FRIENDSHIP!!!

Happy Bandiversary Melly! It is a journey and can certainly be a love-hate relationship. I applaud you for your dedication to yourself by doing and cininuing to do all you cn for your health.

I hit 4 years in March! I haven't been on in a looong time but I do remember you.
