I called a church that I do some community work with and the U of W Student Association to check if either of their board rooms might be available for use. Will report back.

depending on how many of us can come on the date maybe we should look at a quiet park or something like that. we could bring a snack or something that would be good for all.i am availble most days i do have another ct scan booked for the 29th .

i know that resturants are hard to have a meeting at as they are noisy and not very private.i think the best place is somewhere we can visit without alot of interuption or noise.if we choose inside somewhere it would be nice if they allowed outside food.

a hotel suite like last summer would be awesome if everyone chipped in.

thats just my thoughts

Topic: results tomorrow

well i got a call from my GP to come in to discuss my results.i am kinda concerned because i know from past experiance that they dont call you with good news.i will keep you posted once i get the results.

today was a rough day for pain.i really thought about going back to hosp for pain but changed mind because of the hassles i get when i go there and the doctors dont believe me.

i am hoping that tomorrow i will finally get my questions answered and a new perscription for pain meds as i have run out of the last batch of pain killers.

Topic: RE: Has anyone had RNY without complications or side effects?

I had my rny in mid april and decided this was the best choice for me for many reasons . One being i dont need any reasons to slip into old habits of fatty and sweet foods . . I have had no complications as a result of this surgery and have no regets whats so ever to me this was worth it hands down ! the vitamins are easy to do once you get in habit and  i  dont miss fatty foods or sugar and ya the dumping can suck but once you figure out how to embrace your RNY it works for you and you find you dont miss what you cant have .  Im currently down 80 lbs and still going . started at size 20/22 and currently hoping my size 12 doesnt fall off me before summer but truthfully im thinking i need more belts for my shorts lol

I totaly agree that its a personal choice which surgery you find right for you .

If you have any questions please feel free to ask =)

Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico     VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.
