Topic: Stupid mistake, read labels
I am a little over 2 yrs out. About 6 mths ago I change things up with my food, protien shakes etc. again I always made my shakes with milk or my morning tea with a cup of milk, for added protien calcium and vit D. Changed my protien shake to Popeyes Fruit Blast, delicious. I stopped having my milk and switched to Greek yogurt, assuming its dairy and will have everything I need, and I read the label but only check protien. Check the labels, most Greek yougut does not have vit D. So 6 mths later I am on a Perscription for 50000 ui of vit D daily. My level was a 24, I new somthing was off because I was tired, sore muscles, bad nails etc.
The only othe thing I have to watch is my iron levels otherwise everything is great.
I am a slow loser tho still want to lose 30 more pounds.

That's awesome!  Thanks for posting!  I am going there next weekend and want to take my time finding these things.  Were most of them at Walmart or Target?  Another question I have is about Sam's Club - is it like Costco in that you have to buy a membership and can Canadians become members?  I've never been there.

Thanks.

Oh no Kim - I hope that things will get resolved for you this time and that you will be able to start living you new life. And yes I can only imagine how difficult it will be to not lose more weight. You will really have to eat higher calorie stuff. Hugs and prayers for you!!! Feel better soon!!!
