I think I might "Just Do It" If you don't hear from me.... you'll know I didn't make it.
One of my military bosses did it and he said it is pretty hard; but well worth it. I don't have it; I have no idea what the program is like. However; I can state that this guy is pretty in shape now ;-).
Messaged you back Lorna, sorry it took so long to reply but my internet at home is being stupid. grrrrr
Anybody do this? I have the set but I didn't realize it is a 90 day thingy so I have been just doing the DVDs in a random order on random days while my regular classes are off for the summer. Do you think that doing it in the order and frequency that you are supposed to is worth it? I read in their manual (finally) that some days you have a DVD in the morning and then again in the evening.(sometimes 2 - geez)
Anyone done this successfully? It looks daunting....

Dr. Islur's office called and confirmed that my approval for panni went through. I really want the full TT but need to save up a bit and want to make sure I have a really good set of abs stashed under all that skin so I want a few more months. My concern is if the approval has a time limit. Does anyone know if it can expire in six months or a year or whatever? I am so tempted to just do the panniculectomy (?sp) and cheap out on the full TT. Has anyone had just the panni removal and if so, how were your results? Any input here would be apprciated
thanks,

Anyone following Dr. Sharma's Blog? Do you find the information and comments to be accurate and reflective of personal experiences with obesity and WLS? Does anyone know if there is an index to the blog? Thx.
I had a RNY on May 13, 2013 and I think I am doing well but In the past couple of weeks I have developed this funny feeling at the back of my throat. I wake up in the morning and don't experience this but as the day goes on, it feels like I have (gross) a gob of spit that I just can't swallow down. No matter what I eat as the day goes on, it becomes apparent. I go to bed and wake up the next day and it is gone but starts as I eat food during the day. No nausea, no vomiting at all. It feels like I have post nasal drip. Weird and just wanting to know if anyone else has ever experienced this feeling at the back of their throat??????
Thanks for any replies!
