Go to Sams Club. I got protein drink called Fit Frappe. Mocha flavour. Also some big boxes of Fibre One protein bars. Great value. You can print a guest pass from the Sams Club website so that you can shop there.

Get your doc to refer you to ob gyn, I think I waited about 6 months from start to finish/
