Sorry to hear you are still not feeling well.  I hope this ct scan shows what is wrong.   Are you sure you will be well enough to go? by the sounds of it there may be more than one vehicle needed.   I don't think I can go.  But if anyone can pick me up a jar of jiff peanut butter, I will pay for it.  (Can't find this stuff anywhere. )

have you looked into getting a tummy tuck or a panni done?  I'm 100 down and this last 20 is killer....

 

Feeling good!  Getting compliments!  it's even possible that someone flirted with me a little but since that hasn't ever happened except from my hubby, that I'm not sure.  The comment was something about "you are looking really good, too bad I'm married".  lol  Fun humour I'm sure!  

I sort of see being smaller.  I am wearing a 14 now.  Never been there since i was 12.  I see other people size 14 who look smaller than me or smaller than I feel.  Part of it is the loose skin but it's more than that.  Doesn't matter.  I'm still feeling good and have more energy!

I was 479Ibs and I just did simple changes like, eat breakfast and not eat after 7-8pm also went swimming. I can walk but very limited. When my doc first sent in a referral to the clinic here, the BMI was 47, mine was over 60. Even though I had already lost 100 Ibs I still had another 80ibs to lose before I even met the BMI criteria. It was discouraging and i just decided to keep it up. My doctor told me that the criteria has been increased to 55 BMI. So it's doable now.
