Prego update!!!
Okay, to bring you up to speed. The IUD was removed on Halloween. My HCG was positive and was tested 48 hours after the first and numbers doubled. The latest HCG didn't double and I went for the sonogram. Here is what we found. The baby is NOT in my tubes (thought it may have been because of the IUD use and the numbers didn't double), it is in my uterus all snug as a bug. The sonographer said that it looks healthy. Nice smooth and circular sac and a nice yolk as well. It measured at 5 weeks 0 days, which is just about right. There is no heartbeat yet, but it is very early. I go back in 2 weeks for a regular OB visit now that we know I'm not tubal. I hope that this pregnancy progresses normally. Oh, btw, my hcg was 770, then 48 hours later it was 1600+ and then the other was almost 3,000+. So, while it didn't double, it was darn close and I have read that some women don't double quickly like that and have normal pregnancies and sometimes if you are somewhat dehydrated it could affect the numbers. So far so good!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Everything sounds as if its progressing smoothly. I am so happy for you guys. Drink!!! I can already tell that since the temperature change, my body is crying for more fluids. I can imagine yours will be double the need. Take it easy and follow Doc's orders.
