Work has been so busy since I am not back. I did check into the conf. room at the Health Park, ummmm not good $300.00 a hour. Yeah right. If I have time this week I can look into some of the local library or if anyone else has any ideas. There is so many of us in AACO I think we should do something. Odenton is just to far but I can maybe make some of them just not every month. Tell me what you think or if you can think of any other conf. rooms?

The library meeting rooms at either Severna Park or North County library would really be great in terms of location and ease to find for folks. There is definitely no charge to use the rooms.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
