Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
I hope it's a quick recovery, with just physical therapy necessary.
Rest, and take it easy!! thanks Kathy. Mr Mo brought my paperwork in when he went out earlier .. I have an acute tear left medial gastric muscle ... that sounds like it would be in my abdomen .. not my leg .. lol .. I'm just being a couch veggie .. have a fire in the fire place and football on the TV. Hugs, Mo
