Scrapbooking

I am a big scrapbook junkie.  I have hit every store you can think of in MD and VA.  I am a nightmare online.  My husband calls it crapbooking and loves my work afterwards.  I have just started to scrapbook my big girl pics and would love to know if anyone has any cool scrapbook ideas.  I just bought my book and can't wait to get started.  Any other scrapbookers out there? Hi Kristen, I have bought a few books and have not gotten the chance to do them. I want to learn but never have the time and such. What kills me is that my husband works from 3 to 11pm and if I wanted to meet up with anywho who scrapbooks I couldn't even go cause I have no one to stay with the kids.   Kelly Wheeler scrapbooks and her Mom is a sales consultant on that stuff.  I have never had the opportunity to go spend time with them and they really go all out.   Sorry i have no idea i want to learn tho. lol Have fun!

Great minds think alike:  I have pictures , cards and a bunch of other thngs I would like to put into a scrap book but have no idea where to start.  Maybe we could talk someone into having a scrapbook party that knows what they are doing. I have a computer, printer and everything I think I would need but no idea of where to start.  I also have about a hundred christmas cards from OH members that I could use to add some bulk to the scrapbook

Hello, my name is Taya and I'm a scrapbook junkie!!   I've been collecting things for years and finally started scrapping this past September.  Don't really have the space tp have a scrap party, but I would definetly attend and share my tools and tips.  I joined two scrap groups on www.meetup.com - one is in Baltimore/Columbia and the other is in Southern Maryland. I've visited the store up in Hartford County (cafe something) and the one in Eldersburg.  Looking forward to visiting the one in Millersville this weekend.  Have not started my weight loss book yet, but my mom has everything including my approval letter and my hospital bracelet. How do you each scrap?  I've found that I enjoy 12x12 pages and top loading books (with plastic sleeves).  I don't scrap using the pages that you can "touch" when you open the book.  I hope that makes sense.
