Great Newz!!
AWESOME!!! I also find it awesome that you live in Great Mills. We'll have to get together one of these day and do lunch, walk, jog or something. BTW, I'm a contractor at the base and my lunch time is very flexible.
I'm 9 months out and 3 lbs under my personal goal right now and hear a lot of the same kinda comments. I love them too. I'm still at 207 but would love to see what onederland is like. I think with plastics, I'd be there. My doc also wants me to lose more for that safety margin of gaining some back. I haven't seen an "Off" switch so I assume I will keep losing.
Thank you all for the congratz!! I do feel so good. As a matter of fact, I did the March of Dimes for Babies on Solomons island yesterday and walked for 5 miles. That felt GREAT!! I wasn't tired at all!! AWESOME!! Thanks again everyone!!
*****By the way, Eric I work on base too. I work for DynCorp at HX-21. I work nights as of today, but I should be back on days in 4 months. We can try to hook up one day to exercise. See ya later!
My office is just outsideof Gate 1. I'm on and off base most days of the week. Oddly enough, I currently support PMA-275 (V-22). I actually spent 1998-2000 working FLTOPS at Hangar 109 back when you guys were still Rotary Wing. I had a lot of dealings with Marsha and Lori but don't know if htey are still there.
I'm actually training somebody now to take my place with my V-22 work. I supposedly have 25% coverage with them but I also have 100% coverage supporting PMA-207, Support/Commerical Derivative Aircraft.
See ya in 4 months!
