1. I am thankful for the men and women that put their lives on the line for us everyday, military, law enforcement, fire, all of the above.
2. I am thankful that I am off until Wednesday!!
3. I am thankful that not only did my hubby let me sleep late, but he even straightened up and cleaned the kitchen while I slept! (Major brownie points for him!!)
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your long weekend!!

I'm still getting a feel for this, but think 3 things posts are awesome.
1. Definitely, I have to give props to those who are in the service and who see dangers that unimaginable for us back home I certainly appreciate all that they do.
2. I am very thankful for this process. I feel that I am making the biggest decision in my life; to take control of what I can control, which is my health. Hopefully it'll be a beginning to even bigger things (boyfriend, family, etc.)j
3. As I near my sugery date I have been sharing with some of my co-workers and friends about what I am doing. They have been awesome! This is such relief for me, to know I have support from those I care about.
4. And for my guide dog. Today is our fifth year anniversary! We met today at The Seeing Eye five years ago. I usually telll peope that we've been together longer than some boyfriends and husbands! I pray in the remaining time I have with him that I can see his full potential as I reach mine during this process.
I am so happy that everything is coming along smoothly for you. I can't wait until it is your turn.
I am glad that you have a wonderful loving and loyal guide dog. He has got to be the best! It is always great to have support of friends and family. Not everyone gets to have that.

I am so very thankful for the men and women that serve our country, that serve us. These folks volunteer to leave the comfort of their homes and the closeness of their family so that we can be safe in our homes and enjoy free visiting with our families. Sometimes I can't even find the words to say how much I appreciate them!!! And the sacrafices their families make without them here.
Today, as any other day, I have a million and one things to be thankful for, but all of my outward gratitude has to be for those who protect me. :)
