I am sure it would not hurt just taking it once. Take Tylenol extra strength, DVR told me I should never take NSAIDs unless he tells me too. To avoid it at all cause it can tear up your pouch. I have never taken it again since surgery and I have arthritis. You will be ok sweetie. hugs
