Thanks for the tip I will have to check them out when I can go and shop there.   Focusing on this move & packing has no really given me much of a chance to venture out there.

Aaron, Is chicken salad easier to digest than tuna salad, at least that is what I have heard.  I had a hard time with Tuna last week perhaps it was too early. I am stumped on what to eat at the next level. Any ideas are appreciated!!  Thanks

I wouldn't necessarily say chicken salad is easier than tuna.....I just don't like seafood which is why I chose chicken.  You have to chew chew chew and take smaller bites than say a whole spoonful of runny pudding or applesauce.  The key to chicken salad is to wet it down really good.  I use Smart Balance light mayonnaise.  it has 4.5 g of fat per tablespoon and I use spicy brown mustard and nothing else.  I'll take 3 cans of chicken and break it all apart with a for****il it's really tiny and then use two tablespoons of mayonnaise and a hefty squirt of mustard and mix it all together.  It's really tasty and I can eat on that for a week (having it for lunch and supper each day). I hope this helps you Terri :) Aaron

Aaron, nice new pic, you are shrinking nicely :)  btw, I love the canned chicken and I love mayo/spicy brown mustard on sandwiches, but never tried it in the chicken.  I'll have to try it with the next batch of chicken.  I do think that the chicken is easier than the tuna though.  When my band was too tight the chicken gave me less trouble than tuna.  Almost like tuna was drier.
