Hey everybody, sorry I'm late.  Busy at work today.  Some nerve, getting in the way of my personal stuff!!  LOL!!! On Friday: B - Protein Bar S - Strawberries and banana L - 1/2 turkey sandwich and a cup of veg soup from Firs****ch Cafe D - Bean/cheese burrito (Good thing I kind of control this post or I'd be having to tell you what I ate on Sunday!!! YIKES!!!) NEXT!!! Tia

but I wanna hear what you had on Sunday!!!!! On Friday, b - oatmeal l - chicken salad with triscuits and a slice of FF sharp cheddar flavored processed cheese product (I think it might even be radioactive) d - I tried a vegetarian chicken tender with a small piece of cheese on it and salsa for dipping...but my stomach wasn't having it so after purging and busting a blood vessel in my eye, I had some cottage cheese and a couple triscuits. all my vits and most of my liquids

Fine: B - Protein bar L - Cardboard pizza, small piece of cake w/cream cheese frosting, small piece of homemade ice cream cake, brownie, soft pretzel D - Piece of decent, meat-filled pizza IS THAT BAD ENOUGH FOR YOU, FREDNECKTEDDY??????? Granted, I didn't overeat on any of it, but jeez, I'm glad I don't eat like this every weekend!!!! SO THERE!!! T

I'm just as bad on the weekends but in the opposite direction.......I eat less.....about one meal a day.......except for yesterday, I had two meals.  but is any of that sugar free or the full sugar stuff?

Okay, so first, I'm delivering a virtual slap.  If you do not eat what you're supposed to on the weekends, your body is going to go into starvation mode.  I don't care how big you are to begin with, if you don't fuel your body, it will say to itself, "Hello!!  Winter is here!!  Hibernation mode!!!  Store up that fat!!!"  Seriously, I don't like to be in the car for long periods of time, and if I have to come out there for just an ass-kicking - it ain't gonna be pretty!!!! As far as my stuff - full on loaded with sugar.  HOWEVER, small pieces.  Even if I'd done small pieces of s/f stuff, my stomach would rebel.   It's okay, it was a party and I'm back on track today!! You just need to come out and enjoy the fresh air of the country ;) That's all you can do is get back on track and that's quite alright by me :)

Okay ~ I was on the road yesterday and did a Statue of Liberty tour yesterday morning, so I wasn't that great in getting in everything, but here it is: B - Scrambled egg, 1/4 of a yogurt, 1 sausage link L - A Mango Sunrise smoothie from the rest stop.  Sign said no sugar, made with splenda, 90 calories.  Tasted so good, but I don't think it was good for me.  This morning I exploded (I know TMI). D - Tried to have a little bit of red beans, from the red beans and rice at Popeys, but couldn't get it in, so I resorted to having a SF popsicle.

Yesterday: B- 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer, splenda 1 serving of oatmeal with splenda L- 2 slices of cheese pizza from pizza hut.  (small slices) 1 cup of watermelon D- 1 corn dog,  S- (snacks throughout the day) 2 servings of trail mix, 1 cup of watermelon, a handful of grapes, 3 ounces of apple juice all my vitamins and 80 ounces of water

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Don't even want to think about what I ate this weekend!!!! UGH! I ate more on Saturday then I have in a long time BUT I have to say the last few weeks I have been on this ugly carb kick......don't know what that's all about! I'm not gaining, I am still maintaining which is positive but the whole carb thing scares the poop outta me! soooooooooooooooooooooo today...... B-Blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese and my coffee before and after S-Craisin Trail Mix and some pretzels L-PB&J on tortilla  S-will have a banana this afternoon sometime I think but couldn't eat anything right now.....feeling stuffed from the PB&J.  Working on a water right now too and have shrimp out for dinner tonight. :-)
