The Feed Bag
Hey everybody!! What didja eat yesterday?
I had:
B - Greek yogurt, fruit, granola
S - Banana
L - Cheese, salami and TJ's savory crackers
D - Two chipotle chicken snack wraps from McD's - one whole wrap and then the chicken out of the 2nd
S - s/f chocolate pudding
All my fluids, all my vits
NEXT!

B- creamy chicken breast (about 3oz) I know wierd chicken for breakfast but I didnt have time to cook something and needed protein
L- Atkins shake, hanful of almonds
D- Tukey & turkey bacon with cheese in low carb/whole wheat tortillas
S- I ate some turkey pepperoni when I got home from the pool because I was STARVING!!!
Yesterday......
B-coffee, bagel w/ cream cheese, then more coffee
S-Craisin Trail Mix.....do we see a pattern?? LOL I will be happy when the bag is gone! Will not buy again for a long time
L-leftover shrimp stirfry
S-pretzels
D-tilapia, whole wheat pasta and peas
S-I ATE CAKE.........BAD BAD BAD. Just a small bit of leftover from Saturday BUT cake just the same and I am paying for it today!!!! LOL Need more GasX! LOL I know TMI!
B- greek yogurt mixted with dannon fruit yogurt S. 3 PB crackers, L-cottage cheese and sugar free applesauce, S- protein shake D- 1 tablespon of mashed potatoes w/ gravy m S- Carb Smart IceCream Bar- paid for that. Thank you to Gax X stips and a cup of plantation mint tea! Not very good on fluids, forgot my vits and pills. Will do better today,
Yesterday I had:
B-Grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat 30 minutes later 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda
L- A handful of trailmix and 1/2 of grapes
D- baked chicken thigh & leg with 1/3 cup rice & beans and 1/4 cup of corn
S- I had 1 1/2 cakester by oreos OMG I craved it then it got to me and made me nauseous. lol I gave the other half to Gino! lol
S- Kettle popcorn (can'****ch a movie on the big screen with surround sound without popcorn right?) lol
76 ounces of water and all my vitamins
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
