Well i went to the meeting from Frederick (where I work) getting home, I believe it took me an hour and a few minutes.

oh honey!!! I just had my second shot of synvisc without the numbing. the gauge of the needle is a 16 gauge and I felt every bit of it!!!!!!! owie!!!! at least she wiped me down with alcohol and that orange stuff(the name escapes me at the moment) and then she sprayed something on it to freeze the skin. OMG I can still feel the needle in there! LOL

A 16 is a fatty of a needle. Scary, one time I actually placed a 16 guage iv in a patient. OUCH!!

Anyway, I hope this shot was as effective as the last was.

Next month's meeting is at the same place and we're celebrating my birthday so there's a few folks from here that are going to be there! August 22nd is the date of the party and if I remember correctly, Caryn said that she was going to use that for our August meeting.
