I usually try to keep my sugar intake to 10 grams or less per serving. I haven't dumped on that rule I made for myself yet.......so I think I'll stick to that. I mean you can't get away from it in the protein bars or the Kashi.....

Some of my fluids, none of my vitamins but today is a new day.

B:  hot tea

L:  3 crackers

D:  couple of bites of mashed potato

Just some hot tea throughout the day.

I think I had a case of food poisoning Monday that carried over a bit into Tuesday.  I barfed, dry heaved and spent an unknown amount of time in the bathroom (TMI).

Belly was way queasy and today is still kind of touchy.

Oh darn!  Well I hope you are getting better. If you eat Activia for 14 days it will help get your normal flora back into your intestines and you will feel better.

That was the advice from my surgeon and it worked great!

Yesterday:  this might sound like a lot, but I'm pregnant and don't have a huge fill in my band! lol  And it's nothing like pre-op!

B - 2 eggs, a slice of scrapple, and a couple bites of English muffin.
L - 2 tacos
D - Lobster, few bites of baked potato, few broc florets.

I ate more than that when I was in my second trimester!
All sounded yummy especially the Lobster!!!!!!!!!

Hey Cira!  The lobster was SO good.  It was a 1 lb. lobster so I probably got about 6 oz of meat out of it.  Just the tail and claws.  It's a special on Tuesday's at Dellis' on Philadelphia Road in Rosedale if anyone else local is interested.  Just $13.95 for the lobster and 2 sides. 

Today we are going to the Iron Birds game so I'm having crabs for dinner.  I can't wait!!!

Here's my menu for yesterday:

B - 3 cheese crackers
L - Bowl of cream of crab soup (the best soup I've ever eaten in my life!)
D - 1/4 of a pc of meatloaf (came back up), 3 baby carrots, 2 new potatoes
S - SF Fudgesicle and 2 p/b crackers.
