The Feed Bag
Good morning everyone!
After yesterday I really need to behave this week. lol
B- 12 oz Coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda, a bowl of s/f apple & cinnamon oatmeal cereal.
L- 2/3 of a broiled crab cake , 1 baby back rib, half of a plate of salad with ranch dressing
S- On our drive back home a 2/3 of a Klondike bar, Then when we arrived to WV my favorite locals are selling fresh kettle corn so I had about a cup of pop corn, then I had 1/2 of dried sweet pineapple. That did me in and I dumped....
D- 2 baby back ribs 1/3 of a baked potatoe with sour cream & butter
I had about 64 oz of water and all my vitamins

B - Light yogurt & maybe an oz of imitation crab
L - Broiled Rock Fish with crab imperial on top, about 2 ozs
S - S/F fudgesicle
D - grilled chicken snack wrap from mcdonalds, a few almonds
S - S/F fudgesicle (I love those things)

Snack - Chocolate Protein Shake
L - 1 Bowl of MD Crab Soup
Snack - 1/2 piece of fish and 3 brussel sprouts.
D - 3 ounces of chicken breast and some mixed vegetables
Snack - 4 slices of bananas and peanut butter
All my vitamins and most of my water.....
