First Heather, sorry to hear about your dad. I know how hard it is to lose a parent. Both of mine are gone now. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts for my family.

Both my boys are doing well. The nicu life is hard but we are getting through it. The babies are now over three pounds. Alexander is 3 lbs 2 oz and Nicholas is 3 lbs 6 oz. They will be six weeks old on Monday. I am so in love with them I can't stand it.

I gained 15 pounds with my pregnancy and lost it all in the first week. I developed a lot of bad habits during the pregnancy and now trying to break them. My surgeon set my goal weight at 100 pounds but I would be happy with 110 so, I need to lose another 30 lbs.

I feel so much better then I did when I was 110 pounds heavier. This surgery has been a blessing. Now, I need to win the lottery so I can get all the plastic surgery that I need to remove the excess skin. I am not one of the lucky ones where it snapped back. My arms are really bad and have to wear long sleeve shirts all the time. I think that is the most frustrating right now.

Anyway, this has gone on too long. LOL

Thanks again for all your prayers.

Hugs,
Wanda

Thinking of you.

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
