I feel like I walked my arse off yesterday....

I definately got my exercise in yesterday at the Renaissance Festival.  We got there just after 10am and didn't leave until 3.  5 HOURS OF WALKING UP AND DOWN HILLS!!!!!!! And to my amazement, I was ready to do more.  Last year, just after an hour, I was ready to sit and rest.  Not this year.  Its still a shock to me that 92 lbs are gone, FOREVER!!!!    When your mind is preoccupied looking at all the things around you, you do more then you ever think you can.  I can not wait to go again before the season is over.
SUGGESTION:  I think we need to get a group to go next year and DRESS UP!!!!!  I would love to have a group picture of all of us dressed in costume.  I never thought I would be able to wear one, but damn it, I am DEFINATELY making that my goal for next year.  I am going to find a pattern now and start working on it for next year.  I put a picture below of what my goal outfit will be.  I think a group of weight loss wenches would be awesome, and funny....Think about it and lets plan something.  Make it a family day (spouses, kids, everyone)
Hope you all have had a great weekend so far.

Glad you had a good time and I think it would be a blast to dress up. Count me in. I will start looking for a pattern too. At least for me, I can ensure that it will be long enough!

Thanks for sharing!!  Your BF and Son are good looking!!!  I would love to dress up. Can't really make a dress however, I would buy or rent one.  I am going on October 4th with two friends from work.  Do you know where I could buy or rent a costume?  I would love to dress up this year. I am all over the wench thing!!!

You can rent costumes there.  Its pretty much first come first serve...Check out the website.  Its not that expensive to rent them for the day.   http://www.rennfest.com/
Kristen, you don't need to be someone's wench...lol...there are a lot of different costumes.  I need to go to joanne's fabrics or something like that and get a pattern.  Won't exactly say that I have good sewing skills, but i am willing to try.  Figured if i start now, I may have it done by next year...lol...This is one that I was going to use as a guide for next year. Don't think it will be the same colors, but we shall see.  I am more of a blue color person.

Great pictures Terri!  Glad you all had a good time.  I have never been to the renissance festival, but I'm always up for trying something new.  Go for your goal, I like the dresses your shooting for.

Glad you had a great time!!  Isn't amazing to be able to walk and not feel like the way we did before having wls?  I am very happy for you!
