another test down

well i had the stress test done yesterday thought  i was gonna die lol but i made it now the phys , ex class bariatric class and apnea test will be done on dec 4th whoo hoo

That's wonderful that you got it done... Everything will just flow right through and when you come to see you will be posting an approval and surgery date!

Keep on going!  I know it seems to take forever but it will be here in no time. The time you have between now and then can be used to adjust your mindset to living with the surgery, researching about WLS, making small changes now to get ready for your lifestyle after surgery, eating, vitamins and protein, exercise, etc.  You're on your way!

im finding smokeing the hardest to quit but i know i will be better off without the dag on things anyhow, i tried to put them down last week but my brother in law is at my house recovering from a shoulder surgery and he is a chain smoker lol so i will try again next week and stick to it i am praying for all the help on that i can get. today i go for my hearing test to see if i am a canidate for the coclear implant as i am almost deaf and my hearing aide is going south on me or my hearing is getting worse i will find out today, the insurance company says its covered if its medically ness. and with working in an office it is lol . then thursday is my second bariatric class and i think tuesday will be first weight exersise class i am going to keep all of you in mind as i push through that and be like the litte engine that says i think i can i think i can get pass all this for a new me

Thats great!! Now that my surgery is only 19 days away months ago it felt like this day would NEVER come!! So keep on with the tests and your time will be here in no time!!
