The feed Bag
Good morning everyone would you like to join me being accountable? If so please post what you had yesterday.
B- 12 oz coffee Scrambled eggs with cheese and 1 slice of whole wheat bread with butter and jelly
L- 1 cup of home made Chili with a small square of corn bread
D- 1 cup of home made chili
S- 1/2 cup of grapes, tuna fish on a 1/2 of slice whole wheat grain sandwich thin with 1 romaine lettuce leaf 1 slice of american cheese and 3 baby carrots.
(All this was not at one sitting. LOL throughout the day)

L - a cup of kashi golean cereal
s - a handful of peanuts
d - a veggie hamburger patty with a slice of cheese and some triscuits
s - protein bar
All my vits and liquids
I had no idea you was having car issues. Is everything better now?
