The feed bag

b - two veggie sausage links and oatmeal (22 grams of protein right there!)
l - greek yogurt with kashi (30 grams of protein!!!)
s - handful of mixed nuts (I think there's about 5 - 7 grams of protein there)
d - this was the most yummy thing I ever did! took two chicken tenders, put them on a bed of ricotta cheese......poured low carb pizza sauce over it.....sprinkled parmesan cheese and part skim mozzarella cheese on top and baked it for 45 minutes. I could only eat a couple bites of the cheese and one chicken tender but OMG it was so freakin tasty! I also seasoned it all with garlic salt and some italian seasoning. I think for what I ate of it, probably about 15 - 17 grams of protein

so I got too much protein in again *sigh*
got all my vits and liquids in.

I don't think you got too much protein. You need the protein to help you with the losing since you are not able to exercise. I still don't get the concept of what the NUT said. lol
That dinner sounded yummy I will give it a try! Thanks for sharign the idea.

I remeber losing hair after having babies but not like now. I think it has to do with the malabsorption and the hormones. I am trying everything possible my hairline is very thin.
