Thank you Heather for all of the updates to the board! You are a great friend!

I am now home and scared as can be! This is definitely a scary life changing event. I'm in some pain, but nothing I can't handle or Oxicodone can't handle :)

Thank you everyone for the well wishes! Its great to know I have such a big support group!

Hey Melissa -

Welcome home!!  I'm so glad everything went well.  I talked to Heather just a bit ago and she said you were probably home by now, as you are.

Sorry I wasn't able to come up and see you, I've been in jury duty and will be there for part of next week also.

I know Heather will take good care of watching out for you and once I'm done jury duty, I'm just a phone call away, too!

Hugs,

Tia

Welcome Home Melissa! I know the reality of everything can be overwhelming. Just take it one step at a time and it will all fall into place and become more normal. You will do just great!

Welcome home! I'm sure it is scary.  I'll find out soon. I hope you discomfort eases soon and that you are dancing around soon.

I'm beginning to have some anxiety regarding whether or not I'm ready or if I'll know what to do.  I know these feelings are normal, and I just tell myself I'm being a knucklehead.

Besides, with all the great people here on OH who willingly share their journeys with us, how can we make mistakes... when in doubt, ask!

I look forward to reading about your journey and of course seeing before and after photos!

Glad you home Melissa and everything went well.  Like you I'll be scared as crap, I'm scheduled for the 29th, but we have to believe and seek the help and knowledge of all our friends on the board here.  They are a great resource.

Thanks All!!
