Okay!!! As much fun as I'm having bantering with you, I think we need to stop before someone gets pissed or sick of reading us doing this!!!!
I don't have a problem with it, but someone will, I guarantee it.

B- Ham & cheese on wheat bread, 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer and splenda
S- 8 oz 2% milk with one scoop of vanilla whey protein body fortress
L- 2 tablespoons of Mac & cheese 4 chicken nuggets
D- 1 porkchop with 2 tablespoons of spanish rice & beans
S- Quaker s/f apple & cinnamon oatmeal cereal made with 8 oz 2% milk, 1 cheese stick 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt (through out the day not all at once)
