Daily Workout!!!

Ok last two days I haven't been to the gym for good reason. but i think today I can do it. I am going to go swimming today. i won't be on the boards much today because of a report. hope all are well. what are you doing today?

My plan for today is :  30 minutes treadmill, weight circuit, 1 hour water pilates and 1 hour water aerobics.

Still can't lift weights, and I'm looking forward to Nov. 1st when my weights restriction is off!!!

Yesterday I pushed myself at the gym!
- I added 2 more minutes to my elliptical routine. I realized I could have added 5. I stayed at my desired heartrate for a good amount of time too!

- I added 10 minutes to my bike routine. Now I'm riding for 30 minutes and I pushed myself hard the last 10 minutes. I felt great when I was done!

***Can't wait to start toning***

Well, I have to say, I just don't know at this point. Normally, I would plan to go to water classes tonight. But my skin sometimes reacts to the time I spend in the water and my face is already irritated right now. So I am playing it by ear for today. I will decide later.

Hi Nic,

I hope you get to feeling better soon. The swimming will definitely help you for sure. 

I am getting ready to go out the door for my daily walk with my neighbor.  Yesterday we walked for 1 1/2 hours.  Today I should be walking for one hour since I have some things to get done today.
