Hey Christy so glad to hear you are doing great. 25 pounds is awsome. I have been meaning to email you this week to check on you but it has been a sad week. We had to put our lab down lastnight and it was the hardest decision so it has been a week I am ready to throw out the window

But i am glad to hear you are doing good and hope to see you at group next week

HIJACK!!!

Kelly,

I'm sorry to hear about your doggie.  I know how hard that is.  In fact, I would've MUCH preferred putting my ex-husband down instead of any of my dogs.

Happy the Puppy and I send our condolences and wish you lots of wonderful memories to help you heal.

Thanks Tia

Sadie was my husband's fathers dog and when he passed away 7 years ago we took her in as we just started our new lives together so she was apart of our growing together and meant alot to us.

I have my yorkie and dacshund to keep us going but even they have been starnge since tuesday night. Dogs are smart and I think they sense something isnt right

Thanks again

im so so sorry about your doggie. I had one  that passed right after i got her she was given to me in NC from a lady my sister knew her name was baby and she was a dashound so cute she made the ride back with me and my grandson with no problem he walked her each day but when we took her to the vet for overnight shots teeth and clean up she passed in his office, i was sad but happy it didnt happen while i was at work and she was sleeping with andrew he felt so bad thought maybe he walked her to much , but vet said she was 35lbs overwieght had a heart attach in middle of night. People just dont think animals are like humans they can over eat as well and its not good for them her little belly was hanging on floor. anyhow i digress i would love another little doggie but i just cant aford to pay 300 dollars for adoption, i live alone and would love a little one with me for company. so anyone seeing this call me should you have one lol .  oh well again im sorry about your doggie and god bless you all. sorry it just brougt back too many memories .

Hey Kelly - Sorry to hear about your dog.  I'm going to be faced with the same thing here soon.  My little chihuahua "Minnie" is 14 and getting old quick and has a huge tumor on her tummy, and I know her days is coming soon.  I don't look forwarded to, she has been THE PERFECT dog.

I'm going to try and make group next week depends if DH can take daughter to soccer for me or not, I'll have to check his schedule.

Thank you Christy

It is the hardest decision to make but we couldnt let her suffer anymore and when we took her tuesday night the vet assured us that it was her time. So we knew it was the right thing to do althought it has crushed us. She was so very special to us in many ways. She was randy's dad's dog and when he passed away 7 years ago we took her in as we just started our lives together moving in for the first time so she was apart of us growing.

Hope to see you next week or even maybe we will run into each other at the beach this week.......LOL

Congratulations on your amazing weight loss in just 2 short weeks!!

One thing that I wanted to suggest to you is to take a bite of food put down your fork and chew and chew for a good long time. Try to focus on your food and avoid conversations.  The reason why i say this is becuase when I got busy with my kids and I was eating I would eat too fast and my food would get stuck.

I would try it again and just take your time and cook it really good.

Take care.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
