Stevia

so i went grocery shopping today and i splurged a little.  i got a box of those TRUVIA packets.  I'm gonna give stevia a try.  OH!!!!  and I found coffee mate powdered creamer that's FAT FREE AND SUGAR FREE!!!!  OMG!!!  i bought 5 bottles!!!!!!  LOL  I had been using the sugar free french vanilla.....and I KNEW I was getting too much fat from it.  now I can use my splenda and my new preferred creamer!!!!!!!  I'm in love now :)

HEY BIG BROTHER!!! YOU LOOK HOT!!! LOVE THE NEW PIC!!!! I get the sugar free French Vanilla International Delight creamer. They have a few flavors but I like that one best. When I have coffee its always that and Splenda. hehehe Mike got me hooked on that Sugar free creamer. LOL So I guess we are both in love. (((Hugs))))

thank you sweetheart :)  I love the SF creamers but they have fat in them and I'm trying to cut more out of my diet so i'm switching to the powder.  i can still have creamy coffee without the guilt now!!!  virtually calorie free!

Hmmm really? I may have to go score me some powder. hehehehe

So far so good sweetheart......It's interesting.  When I have it out of the packet, it has a cooling effect on the tongue with it's sweetness.  Now I know my tastes have changed so I had a co-worker taste it out of the packet and she said that it has a VERY subtle taste like aspartame although I can't tell it in my coffee.  My coffee is sweet and that's all that matters to me :)  This is my first day trying it out.  I'll let you know tomorrow if I lose 12 pounds from diarrhea LOL

my hubby loves those SF powdered creamers... I like the flavor but it upsets my belly- so I stick with my favorite addition to coffee - splenda and half and half- full fat.   Those coffeemate creamers are like $3.70 a bottle so go on their website - they have some pintable coupons on the web to save some money.

Let us know how the Truvia tastes etc.  I tried Stevia in the past from a health food store and it was OK but it was expensive and only found in a few places.  Now it may be at every supermarket. 

Oh I know!  who would have thought that coffee creamer would be so expensive????  I just use the original flavor...sugar free/fat free.  There's pretty much nothing in it LOL  Everything is zero except for the carbs....it's 2 carbs and 10 calories a serving.  I used to use the liquid sugar free creamer...french vanilla.  I wanted to cut the fat and do you know how hard it is to find both sugar free and fat free in this kind of product?  LOL

I have never tried the stevia but I have no idea if I can use it since I am nursing.  Hey I leave that to you to research for me. ok. lol
I never knew that you didn't know about the sugar free f/f flavored creamers. I buy them all the time at walmart. I am so sorry I should have mentioned it before.  I wish they had the s/f f/f vanilla chai spice I am hooked on that one. 

Then I bought some chai tea bags I steap the tea bags in milk and I use some of that vanilla chai spice creamer  with splenda that is the best chai tea I have ever tried. lol
