Yes you definitely need the cream of soups, jello and s/f pudding to help you out. The good thing is that you can have as much as you want. So it helps with wanting to chew something although there isn't much of chewing involved.
I remember feeling sick the first day, dizziness, headache and the head hunger was killing me. But day 2 is a lot better not like day 1.
Day 3 is heaven and day 4 & 5 is major restriction. I am so glad you didn't cheat. Just make sure to be completely ready today with everything that you need.

This is hard!! It's not that I'm hungry its that head hunger and the urge to chew on something!! So far I haven't cheated though.

I am so happy that I got to inspire a few people. I am here for you if you need any talking out of cheating! lol
Make sure to have enough s/f pudding, soup, s/f jello and protein drink. Lots of water or s/f drinks to make 64 oz or more a day. The cream of soup really helps when you get hungry. The first day was hard and man oh man was I moody. But day 2 is better and I know you can do this!!!
So how are you feeling now?

Let me know what recipe you have tried just so I know if it was good.

I am SUPER proud of you girl! Keep up the GREAT work. Glad you got on the treadmill, make sure to continue exercising each day.


By the way I moved to Charles Town, WV June of 2008. We purchased a home in the STICKS! lol So I am too far to meet with you but I am hoping that when the weather is better I can come up to MD and perhaps meet. :)
