Good morning everyone!

I hope everyone did ok with the nasty weather we had all night.  It is very windy out there. Stay safe and warm.

Today I am thankful for the wonderful cardiologist I have. He is always available for me at anytime that I need him.

My wonderful true friends that are always loving and supportive unconditionally.

My RNY!  I can't say it enough what a journey it has been and I am so glad that I did this for me.

Have a great day on PURPOSE!

Don't let anyone or anything bring your spirit down.

Hugs,

Cira

Thanks honey. Yes my insurance covered it all. Most due if the skin is due to rapid weight loss ;)

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I think I'll print the menu's off and let DH decide. I can find something where ever we end up.

Last time we went out I just ordered a shrimp skewer! LOL

There is a place in Littly Italy that is not touristy at all and it is fabulous.  Amicci's www.amiccis.com, they have a garlic shrimp bread bowl that is to die for.  Of course you will have to share and most likely only eat a small amount but it is soooooooooo worth it.  It is on S. High Street and not far from the Harbor at all.  I recommend big time
