Mitzi, so good to see you again and hear that things are finally moving forward for you.  Sorry you had such suffering with the first surgery.  Hopefully, this one will be a complete success and the next hip as well.

Keeping you in my thoughts,

Terri

Im ashamed to admit, I didnt get my exercise in over the weekend. I was lazy...

BUT, today is a new day and its Zumba night! YAY!

I have new inspiration today too. Down 2 lbs AND I realized I dont have to undo my favorite jeans anymore to get them on and off!

Unfortunately...My 18's are still a little snug so JUST a couple more lbs should do the trick!

How are YOU moving today??

It's a major life changing surgery.  It is very scary for most people. It is normal to feel that way.  Justy know that all is going to go great for you.  Wishing you an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery.

Prayers being sent. Please make sure to have someone post an update or when you get a chance to let us know how you are doing.

It's natural to be nervous, and this one is a life changing surgery so it's a little scary and exciting at same time.  At least it was for me as well and from what I've read over the last year, on here many as well.

Yes, you're in my prayer circle and I wish you a safe and successful surgery and weight loss.
