Slipping...that's where I am now too. I'm 2+ years out and I am seeing my old habits coming back, its horrifying. My portions are getting bigger, and my nightly eating for no reason is coming back. I have an excuse every day why I can eat today and will start tomorrow although tomorrow never comes. I'm up 7 lbs, granted it's not the world but the thought of the numbers climbing is. I keep reaching down inside to try to regain my composure but I haven't found it. I have increased exercising back but the food is still killing me.

Thanks for the rminder that our goals dont take the day off!
No walking in the rain today...
I was pretty sore last night after my walk AND my Zumba, but its all good now.
I should have the living room to myself tonight, so Im going to try to at least get the Wii out. Maybe a little DDR would be fun tonight.

I'm starting to realize it's coming closer and closer to that time of year where my outdoor running will be few and far between. Off to the gym again this morning for an hour of cardio and hour of weights. Nothing real exciting. Better than nothing I suppose.
Please don't let this dreary weather become an excuse to skip a day, unless this was a scheduled off day for you to begin with. Remember, your physical well being never takes a day off due to bad weather. Lets work to stay fit guys!!! You are so worth it.

Just remember when you do slip that tomorrow is around the corner and you have to pick yourself up and start again so that tomorrow can be a better day!

This is a good thread for me, because I SERIOUSLY need to get back on track. I've gotten lazy with my diet. I'm not getting in enough protein or water and I'm eating all the wrong things! ugh. I need that "umph" to get back on track ASAP. I just can't seem to find it.
