That scale finally moved.

I have always went thru spells where that scale did njot move even up to 4 weeks. Whern that happens I just will not get weighed. This morning I decided to get on and lost 6 bs so if finally moved !!!!!!!!Patience Pateince.

Congrats on that scale moving. One or two days makes me nuts, by a week I am a wreck...4 weeks I would be in the loony bin.
