bullets?

Ok I don't understand what the bullet things are?  Bullet protein pills?  Does anyone know and could you let me know?  I use the Beneprotein I order it online from Walgreen's.  Thank you everyone.  I'm new at all this. Judy

I have never heard of the protein pills, but I swear by the liquid bullet protein.   In fact, they have an ad right now on the left side of this screen.  Check out their website  www.profect.com   There are 25grams in the vial (I call them test tubes)  They come in handy when traveling.   I think they taste better than the New Whey Liquid and definitely better than the powders.

I bought some of that and haven't tried it yet?  How much can you drink post op?

I never had an issue drinking liquids post op... I could drink many vials of it if I had to.  They just kind of slide through the pouch. I do sometimes wonder how much of the protein grams an RNY patient truly absorbs.   During my first month, I never really felt that full feeling as I was on liquid/blended diet. I was never hungry either.  But as soon as I started with the solids, it doesn't take long to have that full feeling.  I am now at 5 mths on the 25th and can eat just about anything. I now have to be real careful.  Also I can tolerate sugar, which scares me to death...
