Last Thanksgiving I was just 2months out and I could have 3 T of food. Even that was hard to get down. This Thanksgiving I can eat a cup or a little more of GOOD foods for me. I am thankful for, no more thyroid issues, no more High Blood pressure, no more high sugars or chlosterol. I can walk last year had to use a wheel chair and a BIG one at that. This year I am 168 lbs less and can really bend and move again!!!!! What a Miracle in my Life. I wish you all a happy HEALTHY eating Thanksgiving.

Last year we ALL were a bit different than we are today! We ALL have much to be thankful for. This Thanksgiving will find me not only thankful for all the good things in my own life but also for all the things that my new friends hold dear. I was on 7 different meds before the surgery, now I'm on none (expect a multivitamin which is not really considered a med.) I have more energy then I could ever dream possible and movement has been getting easier and easier with every pound lost! Yes, these may seem like trivial things to be thankful for, for some, but those of us who have "walked the walk" know the feeling of gratitude for having been given our lives back! THANK YOU, dear friends, and may you all have a blessed Thanksgiving!
