Im truly amazed

Just the past day or so I have been noticing just how much used to put in my mouth. Finishing kids food n such. It was my first night actually getting kids fed hubby has been doing everything for me but he just had to go back to work tonight. I am gonna be so grateful I had this done for myself and my family.. I have really had so little pain and have been not hungry.. I was a little envious of my family eating grilled burgers last night and bacon today but you know I have no regrets even this early out.. Someday I will be able to have turkey burgers and maybe turkey bacon . I am looking forward to my journey to getting there.. Its a whole new me.

I haven't had my surgery yet, but this is something I think about. I also think about the irony - that it will probably take me longer to eat these lesser amounts of foods that it has for me to gorge in the past!!! Best wishes on your journey, Candace
