I know the scan job was kind of icky but they are good enough to see end results. Weight was about the same then as it was for my first meeting with Dr Loggins. Those were taken 3 years ago before a failed attempt at the 6 week body makeover diet.

Yes, not very clear but we have an idea of what you look like!  If memory serves that body makeover diet looks very familiar!! LOL
