As has been mentioned by other members, we are always glad to "lend an ear, hand, or whatever" to anyone needing help with questions or concerns. The group here is great! They've helped me more times then they realize.
As for your insurance, it isn't a bad idea to keep a little pressure on them but rest assured you'll be approved in no time. More insurance companies are accepting of the procedure then they were years ago.
