I need a little help guys

There are certain chores I absolutely HATE---washing floors comes to mind off hand. What I do is challenge myself.... I crank some music and tell myself I have to work nonstop thru 3 to 5 songs. (Depending on endurance level) Then I take a half hour to an hour break, then go for another round. If I DON"T meet the goal I set, then I add a song and instead of working thru 3 songs for instance, I have to now work thru 4. Don't overwhelm yourself though! Do only a set or two per day or week (whatever your schedule is****il you can work up your endurance/motivation level. Good luck, Lori
