am i supposed to be this tired?
I don't remember being that tired after a week out, but everyone is different. And of course I am used to running on low fumes with 2 infants waking at all hours of the night. I am used to 6 hours of broken sleep a night...so I am not good to compare to. Like Kathi mentioned it could be the iron. Looking at your bloodwork will tell you. My iron was low and he started me on an iron supplement. So maybe that is why I ahve more energy. I hope it picks up for you soon. It is funny, I am a few days over 2 weeks out and almost feel like everything is back to normal.
I started walk away the pounds 2 miles, then went and walked around the mall last night too....well, more browsing I guess. I go to bet around 10ish, up at 5 or 5:30 (and a few times during the night).
It will be good to see your labs. As for the drinking. I know I can get quite a bit in. There is no way I could do 4 ounces over an hour now. I can have 8 ounces in 30 minutes (or eveb less) no problem. It is hard to drink slow. Thin things are called 'sliders'. They go in and right out of the pouch. Thin pudding, shakes, water, yogurt etc. I was worried he made my pouch bigger than everyone else's since I wasn't stuffed on my second week after having 1/4-1/2 cup of pudding.
You can tell the difference on more real foods (even though pureed stuff). Yesterday I made the soft lasagna (you have the recipe). 1/4 cup ricotta cheese, tbls spag sauce, sprinkled parm, garlic powder and a sprinkle of reduced fat mozz. Put in microwave and it really does taste just like lasagna without the noodles.
Anyways, I made that for lunch yesterday and couldn't even fini****! I was shocked...and psyched that I now knew he made my pouch the same size as everyone's. My mom had to fini****
Being able to get more liquids in has made it soooooo much easier for me to meet my goals. Let us know how it goes.
