Should I call Chrystal again?

I called on monday to see if she had everything (again).. she is still missing my EKG, I called the hospital and they said they have it, so I called Chrystal and she said she would call them.  so now 2 weeks later, still havn't got it,  Kim said monday she would look into it.  Should I call again, or give them more time?? the problem is :  Chrysal can't see it on her computer, but the hospital can??? C said this has happened before.   I hope I don't have to do this again, insurance wouldn't be too happy...

I would call again.  Maybe the hospital can print out the results and bring it to Dr Loggins office? Worth a shot. Good Luck

I'd vote for calling. Just because she can't see it on her computer doesn't mean she can't get a copy to expedite the process.

I just called and they still don't have it, kim said she tried like Chrystal and couldn't retrieve it from the puter. so she will call and have them send a copy. now, should I call again, next week, or is that just really being a pain??

Call tomorrow and if they still don't have it ask them if they would please call you when they do get it. :-)

lol, ok, i got it.  you guys are good for me.  "I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR".  I even called WEstern Maine transportation, and got morning rides for my little man.  I've been too shy to call, since November.  grrrroooowwwwwlllllll. so now I will only go into town from Poland once a week and will do my errands on that day.  with the price of gas, think of the money I'll save, plus not shopping everyday, oppppps!  heehe, did I say that??  I drive my husband nuts, he comes home and says "SO, how much did you spend today"??
